General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of FISHSKIN

1. Scope
   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between FISHSKIN S.A.C (hereinafter referred to as “FISHSKIN”) and its customers in the context of the sale of products via our online shop. These terms are binding for all orders made by consumers (B2C).
2. Conclusion of Contract
   The contract is deemed legally binding once the customer receives payment confirmation from FISHSKIN. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment.
3. Payment Terms
   Payment must be made in advance through one of the following methods:

   All payments must be completed before delivery of goods. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
   Shipping costs are displayed during the payment process. Delivery times are as follows:
   • Peru: within 7 days
   • South America: within 14 days
   • Worldwide: within 1 month
   For international orders, an additional $5 will be charged for shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
5. Return and Refund Policy
   Customers may return products within 30 days of receiving them for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition. If the product is damaged during shipping, FISHSKIN will either issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost.
6. Liability
   FISHSKIN assumes liability for damages caused during shipping. In such cases, customers may either receive a refund or a replacement product. Further liability is limited to product defects or delivery issues attributable to FISHSKIN.
7. Data Privacy
   FISHSKIN respects customer privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For further information on data protection, please refer to the “Law” or “Data” links available on our website.
8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes arising in connection with the contract shall be subject to Peruvian law.
9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
   FISHSKIN reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be informed of any significant changes through the website.
10. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be settled in the courts of Lima, Peru. Alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, may also be considered at the request of the customer.
