Right of Withdrawal
Customers of FISHSKIN have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party named by the customer who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform FISHSKIN of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from the contract, FISHSKIN will refund all payments received for the purchase, excluding shipping costs, promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of withdrawal. For this refund, FISHSKIN will use the same payment method that was used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition. FISHSKIN reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the customer has provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
